I have a problem shifting into neutral from forward after wot. I replaced the control throttle and cables. The motor is a 2002, 200hp Mercury outboard. Adjustments have been made. I still have the problem of not being able to shift into neutral and into reverse. when I do, the engine reves up. What can cause this ? Thanks for any replies
