I have a 2001 125 elpto it is hard to shift into neutral from forward or reverse. I can't see any binding in the cable. I was wondering if there is to much preload on it. When it is in neutral the rpms are around 1300 rpms is that to high? When in forward gear the rpms go down to around 675 so I know that is fine.
