Hi, I'm trying to figure the east expensive way to ship a 99 VP 4.3GI with all components attached (exhaust+ risers, bellhousing, water pump, power steering pump, etc...). It's on a pallet in Vermont waiting to be shipped to me in California, my responsibility to deal with the shipping. My question is, how much does this engine weigh? I see some specs for a complete system with engine+outdrive at around 900lbs. I need the weight to calculate the shipping. Also, if anyone knows of a company they have had good experiences with, please let me know.
