Shoplifting fish at W-M/ 2 women are released

I got a phone call this morning on a salmon report for Sac. River this fine windy morning. And he starts reading me the stupid burglary reports and No SHT, It had in the paper that 2 women get arrested on suspesion of stealing 4 fish out of wal-mart. The fish totaled a whole .28 cents. They were released becuase there wasn't enough evidence to hold them.. Oh My God, I almost choked on my first coffee sip of the day. Now is there anybody out there can beat that???????????????

I'll get it to you today. The water is low on top, because they're releasing water below the dam, but from what I hear the Salmon are hitting really good and anything from 15lb to 38lb caught so far..

Salmon are hitting really good and anything from 15lb to 38lb

They are pulling bigger ones out of Sac. River that is just the average range in weight. Alot are releasing the smaller ones.. Of course that is what I was told this morning and afternoon.. I can drive down and over look the river and see them swimming in the low line areas.. Kind of neat to watch the salmon..
