Shopping cart issues.

So has anyone else been able to order anything from iBoats lately or is it just me? If I try to add something to my shopping cart it says "Some items are not in stock" But nothing ever shows up in the little icon in the upper right corner. It always says zero. And If I click on the shopping cart it does nothing. I tried contacting customer service but they couldn't help.They did something in there because none of my previous orders are showing up now. I've tried deleting browser cache, I've tried disabling blockers and tracker blocking but nothing helps. It's the same in every browser and on my Andriod tablet. Any suggestions out there?

In the current environment, I wouldnt expect much to perform as expected or as it use to, for any of us, for the foreseeable future......

I just clciked thru a random list of engine parts, then into fuel systems, and down to fuel pumps. Clicked add to cart, and accidently clicked it twice. My cart opened and had 2pumps listed and my cart in the upper right corner showed 2items.

On my droid cellphone, seems to be working.

What parts are you trying to buy?

Is your isp in the US?

Possibly the particular parts your after, are in fact all put of stock. Esp if all of.them are typically replaced all at the same time, or are all provided by the same vendor, whose experiencing supply problems.

Thanks Curt. I've tried to order a fuel filter, Groco GF-375, and a section of rub rail, Bimini top mounts, various Sierra gauges, sanitation hoses, all kinds of different stuff.and nothing works. Just out of curiosity what fuel; pump did you add to your cart? I could try to add it to mine and see if it works. Thanks.

I added the Groco GF-375 to my cart w no problem and proceeded to check out....

I honestly dont know which fuel pump, I clicked the 1st 1 that loaded...

Try the Groco GF-375 again.

Thanks Curt. I tried it again and I get this screen;

Same thing. As I recall my screen name in the "shop" section turned orange at about the same time this all started but I can't be sure. It may have been before but never noticed. I've checked throughout my profile and can't find anything that looks unusual.

Also my last order, before I talked to customer service under "status" had said "in process" even though I had received everything I had ordered. After I spoke with the gal in customer service that order disappeared. I can add things to my wish list just fine. But I can't transfer them to the cart.

Try logging out and logging back in.

You may be caught in limbo, appearing to be logged in, and able to post, but not actually logged in....

Thanks Curt. I just tried that and I get the same thing. I have actually tried that before with the same results.
So weird!
