'97 Alpha one Gen2. Well, replacing yoke seal due to gear oil and water mix in bilge. Thought that I had dodged a bullet as I pulled the drive assembly off, the yoke shaft was smooth! Well, that lasted about 15 seconds when it dawned on me that the oil seal rode on the LARGE part of the yoke, not the smaller diameter shaft. So my guess is, this is a textbook example of worn yoke. Anyway, here's some pretty pictures!
