I just got this boat with this 1999 Mercury 60hp 2-stoke. The guy I bought it from said he replaced the water pump in the spring, but I don't see any water coming out of the tail-tell...

Flush muffs dont go on that bit mate, they go under that,there shoudl be i think four holes either side of the skeg they slide over those.

Hard to see whats going on.If hose muffs not over water intake in video you will need to replace impeller,as it will be toast.
Have a mechanic,friend with boat,dealer show you correct procedure.Many videos online.
