i have a 70 sea ray srv 180 with a in line 6 mrecuriser and i took the drive off and what should i change well its out

Kinda depends on what maintenance you've done on it lately or over the last couple of years along with what condition the parts are in.
What kind of issues, if any, were you experiencing that made you take the drive off or are you doing winterization?
Any water in the bellows?
Problems shifting?

Might want to provide a little more information including engine and drive serial numbers along with some pictures of what you might think is worn.

i got the boat last year and did intear work but did not touch the drive or motor other than the crab and has one deed cly and i am going to rebuild the motor

Were they rusty? Did they make noise? any vibrations? If there is a problem with them, replace them. They are not an item you you just replace as a maintenance item like the bellows and impeller.
