Should I drain my 04' 3.0 after each time out?

Just wanted to know if I would hurt or help anything by draining my 2004 3.0 using the quick drain hoses that are connected to the 3.0 to drain the engine for winterization, after each use. I use my boat probably 2 times a month during the summer. Thanks for any input.

salt or fresh?<br />when cast iron dries out it starts to scale.flush it on a hose to normal temp. and leave it.

It's only necessary to prvent freeze damage. No freezing, no need to drain.

would agree no need to empty if there is no danger of frost , dont blame you for being cautious tho manifolds are expensive..
