I have a Bayliner Capri 19ft it has a 125hp Force.

Now where the motor bolts up to the back of the boat if i have the motor up all the way and get in or out of the boat on the swim ladder I can see the boat wood moving in and out slightly since the motor in bouncing....

Normal? or not?

the transom has to have a little flex or it will break. How much is to much, well that needs to be determined by someone looking at it.

You must have some, but not to much.

If you can see the flex, that is too much. Chances are the transom wood is rotting...

One of the tests I tell people when they are looking at a used boat is to tilt the motor all the way up then bounce on the skeg checking for any flex...I don't think you are intentionally doing that, you're just climbing into the boat...

If there is flex, I tell them to go look at another boat.

Sounds like a weak transom to me. When the boat is on the trailer and the engine is tilted up you should be able to push down on the skeg/prop and not get much more than 1/2" of transom movement.

Please check it out properly and quickly!

Yes. with the motor all the way up there is about less then 1/2 inch movement.

I see movement very slightly.
