hey everyone, can someone explain to me incoming and outgoing tide, is that the same as high or low tide? I'm a freshwater guy and have just got into shrimping. Not any luck except a couple weeks ago they were floating by everywhere, I need to learn how to tell when the best time to go is. I use shrimp lights and dip nets to scoop out of water. Any info would be great! I've also been reading on here about Palatka in summer, I must try that too, sounds like fun. Thanks everyone, Dan
