Si-Tex CVS 106

I just acquired an older Bonito that will be heading to the Great Boat Yard in the Sky. It has a Si-Tex CVS 106 color fishfinder on it. Can anyone tell me if this is a piece of equipment to refurb? It's missing its power cord and transducer, both available from Si-Tex or on Ebay/etc. I'm more interested in its quality than anything else. Put power to it and it fired up right away. Any thoughts/experience with this unit?

I had one on my last boat. Great machine.

Looks like your might have issues. Shouldn't have all that "clutter" on the sceen.

That clutter disappears after a couple of seconds. She's not hooked to a transducer currently. Was yours reliable?
