Sick sounding engin.......HELP PLEASE

1) My engine start within 2-3 sec without the choke.. cold start.

2) It smokes like crazy from start up to 1/2 hour later.

3) It sound like the carbs are fludded aven after an hour on the water.

4) With cold start the reves are about 1300 - put it into gear full throttle..... it goes up to about 3000 rpm with a real sick sound from the motor.

would like to talk to you further about this engine; ibuild them. the engine not rev. is due to the stator or the trigger. these parts need to be checked with meters.
