side shift and throtle hookup

I have a 1975 evinrude 25 outboard that looks like it was hooked up for steering side throttle and shift. I think I know how the shift cable and steering cable hook up but i'm not sure about the throttle part, as in how it hooks to the tiller handle. Any help with this would be apreciated.

throttle does not connect to tiller. there should be a mount on the lower cowl, that the trunion nut fits into to hold the cable, and the end of the cable connects to the nub, on the linkage. will try to get a pic up today.
