Sierra Impeller Repair Kit

I picked up a repair kit for my 04 Alpha one Gen 2 at my local Marine store. They gave me part number 18-3214D. I've been poking around online and most sites recommend 18-3214. I have looked at what they include in the packages between the 2, and everything looks the same. Does anyone know if there is a difference between them?

As per the 2015 Sierra Catalog . . . the 18-3214D is referenced as the 'Display Package' version of the 18-3214 kit. Several of the water pump kits have a "D" version listed. So, the parts are the same it is just how Sierra packages them for store display.

I think the only difference is if it is on a card or in a bag.
