sierra parts warranty

i just thought i would share something regarding sierra parts. i bought a power pack about a month ago and it has stopped working. who is at fault here is not the question. the point is that i called and explained what happened and they are sending me a new one no questions asked. i just need to return the old one in the packaging they are providing. i thought this would be helpful to anyone who ever questions how well they honor their warranties. i am very pleased and will buy sierra parts without hesitation.

Update on great customer service. Sierra doesn't have the part to replace the one I have. Now they are crediting my account and having a CDI powerpack shipped to me. I have to say I am impressed with their commitment to customer service.
