Sierra Semi-synthetic gear lube=Quicksilver High performance?

I have a 1/2 quart of Sierra semi-synthetic gear lube. Wanted to see if it was OK to mix with Quicksilver High-performance. I would think it would be, but Merc says not to mix the high performance with the premium, so just thought I'd check...

I don't see an issue with the motors listed in your sig, but for just a 1/2 quart I would use it for bar lube on my chain saw

Thanks. This is for the I/O. My chain saws aren't nice enough for synthetic. My alpha takes just over a quart, so I always have to open 2...
