Simple Question

Trying to find out what and where my temp gauge is connected to so that i can fix it. I know it's an especially important one so wanna get it fixed asap. Alot of them arent working (or working properly) and i plan to redo them all at some point Have an 89 OMC 2.3 liter Ford 4 banger. Appreciate any assistance. Thanks

Look for something that looks like this:

In most cases the same color wire that's connected to the gauge will be connected to the sender.
