Single or Dual Flow Muffs

Hello all,

Simple question that i haven't been able to find.

Need to know what muffs to buy for a 2000 Bayliner Capri, 3.0 Mercruiser I/O, Alpha One outdrive. Single or Dual water flow? Or does it matter?

It doesn't matter, I get plenty of water from a single to run a 8.1MPI all day long. You won't have any problems on your 3.0L

I've always wondered why they offer dual inlet muffs...any particular reason for this or is it for dual/triple engine setups so you can feed the next set of muffs off the first one?
