Single Ram Tilt problem 1995 Force 120hp

The motor creeps down when tilted up, mostly when stopped and at full tilt up. Everything works well and this seems to be the only issue, like a small leak somewhere in the system. Can someone give me some possibilities as to the problem?

99% of the time it's the pump.
The other 1% is the tilt ram leaking.(only saw 2 leaking in 30years)
There are test procedures in the factory manual.
The pump isn't too complicated if your changing.
The pumps available and some even rebuild them.
For $100 I change them out.
The real cheap ones are just that cheap and might last a week maybe longer.
Buy it from someone who gives a warranty.
