I'm guessing you are asking about the motor, so I left it in the Mercury/Mariner section.
You probably have some old gas that needs to drained out of the tank, carbs that need rebuilding, water pump impeller that needs to be changed and the lube in the lower unit that needs to be check for water and changed. Most likely a few more things to look at, too.
