Not much progress, I prepped and glassed the splashwell to the transom. My next step is to rivet the top to the hull and install the rubrail. After that I need to process the area that the side consoles used to be. I'll then foam under the floor, and build the center console. I can then apply the rubberized floor stuff and will paint from the rubrail up. I have decided to hold off painting the hull until fall. Finally, its wiring, remounting outboard, installing gas tank, battery, and hooking up controls. I bought a 6 way ciruit breaker switch panel, much more clean than wirning in a fuse box and a bunch of switches.

Re: Skanky update...

I made good progress today. I riveted the top to the hull using almost 200 aluminum rivets. I thought of using stainless rivets, but it was originally stapled together, so I am already better off. I then screwed the rubrail bracketing on all the way around, using about 150 stainless screws. It didn't have even half that many screws before, and they were plain steel and rusted in place. I had also filled the channel in the bracketing with marine sealant, so the riveted flanges will be watertight, and it adds more strentgh to the joint. I also mounted up the 125 horse Merc as well. More to come....
