I was looking at a skeeter bumblebee on CL, 15ft with 50hp force
pics look good is $4000. a good price?

NO!! Forces are no longer made or fully supported with parts. I would run from that one unless it was really cheap and $4k is definitely not really cheap for a 15' that's 14 years old.
