my skegg is broken and bent .is there a way to rebend it back straight so i can put a skegg guard on it? thanx spyder(larry) im thinking of getting a (macs river runner)put on,anyone have one on their boat motor,if so does it work ?thanx :
I would have a shop do that for you. Seems that the metal for the skeg is rather brittle and can be broken fairly easily from what I've read. You can leave it as is as it's function is to protect the prop and should not effect steering or handling.
