Skipper Craft

I am about to trade or sell my Sylvan 21' cruiser. Guy down the street has a 24 ft. Skipper Craft. It has fiberglass pontons of sorts. . I have never heard of this brand of boat. And no hits on ebay or traderonline.
Can anyone give me some info on this boat.
