I got to thinking about this and it occured to me that I could make a LOT more money if only I could get slave labor. After all, if those slaves weren't so lazy and ignorant, they wouldn't be in this cycle of slavery and poverty in the first place.

The only question is who should the slaves be? As long as it is no one from my family.... screw everyone else. I got mine!

So, who should the slaves be? Democrats or republicans? Perhaps the independents since they are the most under represented!

Did you smoke crack while I was gone? All you did was drag out one worn out party line after another. You need to have your own well thought out and articulated ideas to win in this life.

Out of curiosity, were we in a contest? I thought what was happening was the sharing of ideas. I explained what I felt and my reasoning behind it. I didn't need to quote others or use rhetoric.

Rock on bro... I'm a conservative too. Voted for Bush twice. Voted for Allen and Davis in my local elections last week (Allen lost :'( but Davis won 8) ). Those guys are repub's.

To further my conservative roots, I voted for an amendment defining marriage as a man and a woman.

I got a little lib though when I voted for a parks bond and a fire 'n' safety bond.

Being conservative has nothing to do with being cheap, greedy, selfish and/or unfair.

There you go again, saying dumb things... but I'll accept your apology, again.

You said this same thing over on the Minimum Wage thread. Is that your idea of a well thought out and articulated idea? Frankly I find it offensive and I'm sure that any on this board that had ancestors that were slaves would find it more so.

You don't find it offensive and stop trying to play the race card. I thought the race card was only played by whiny lib's.

I confuse myself sometimes!

This post was just a nonsense post. I didn't figure anyone but crunch would feed into it....

I don't care if your skin is purple. If you have a issue with your skin color than that is your problem.

You brought up race. No one else said anything about it. Do you have an inferiority complex?

Re: Slave Labor

We are soon to have a slave "glut" in the market. The dems won, and after the purges, we can expect legislation of, or bench rulings to over rule existing, laws for illegal "amnesty".
The labor pool in my proffession ALREADY gives me 10buk an hour slaves by the pickup load. Unfortunately, any future benefits are to be offest by increased taxes.
On the brighter side, at least I wont have to worry about my medical care, as I am almost retired, and the werkers will have to pay for my care (beit ever so generic).
Dislaimer; I am just being tounge-in-cheek!!! Sour grapes.... Whining... cinical.... umm... You get the picture.

After all, i don't want to anger the new slave masters :)

Guess maybe it would be a good enough time for a bipartisan meeting, and try to get some laws written that will get these illegals on the books and paying into you social security wouldn’t it?

You have to remember frog, if you have any thoughts that are outside the rather narrow perimeters of the thought process of a few on this board, automatically that makes you a lib.

I guess they would have to become Legals then, right?

The laws are already made, have been for a lot of years, they just need to be enforced. Remember the old saying... a good fence makes for good neighbors.
