Sliding cabin door stiff

I have a sliding door that allows access into the cuddy cabin of my regal. It is getting to be very hard to slide back and forth. How do you lubricate the rollers? When open, the door is behind the console and there is no access to it even from the inside. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You can try dry silicone lube (comes in a spray can), but first, check the tracks - they can get clogged up with grit and dirt, making it hard for the rollers to slide. The other possibility is one of the rollers has come slightly out of the track, jamming it.

That's my problem...I can only see and clean about half of the bottom track....the rest of the bottom track is hidden by the console and the entire upper track is also hidden
