1976 evinrude 115, after running for a while it stalls while throttling up. The primer bulb is getting soft for a split second when I back off the throttle it hardens back up, I have changed the fule line in the enging compartment but not from the tanks to the change over. Can the change over valve be sucking air also????Do i need to change it as well???? Is there any thing i the motor that can cause this such as the reeds ???? Like I said this only happens after warming up,, thanks
