I have an early 80's Mercury 65HP 3 cylinder on my Hobie power Skiff. The starter is slow turning so motor will not start. Battery is fine, 12 volts at starter. I have had the boat for a couple of years and it always would turn slow first crank but then would work fine.Brushes? I cleaned all the wires from battery back.
