Small area delamination repair help

HI. I've got a small area of what I guess is delamination below where some rainwater got through some rivets used to put the nameplate on my McKee. I'm pretty certain I've got all the water out of the area, maybe a 10 by 8 inch area, and want to inject something so it can be re-glued between the outer skin and the foam. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Hey Boss351,

Please post more detailed information. Year make model of the boat.
Some pic's would also help out. We can not see what you see.

Re: Small area delamination repair help

Thanks for getting back. There is not a whole lot to see from a photo. Nameplate has 5 1/8 inch rivets holding it on about 20 or so inches from the transom on the right side. Pulled the nameplate to repaint it and had water come out of the lower two holes. I was able to slap the hull below the mounting area and had water coming out. I let what would drain come out then I taped the upper holes and used my shop vac to suck out whatever water was remaining. Left it on there for about an hour or so. I then got my air line and inserted air to the hole that was un-taped and the skin/hull pooched out when I did this--not a big area, only like what I said in the OP. I'm figuring on just squirting something in the holes to make the skin stick to the foam inside and sealing the holes with marine sealant when I re-rivet the nameplate. The boat is a 1993 McKee Craft Offshore fisherman 17.4 ft.
I have no issues on the left side of the boat where I pulled the other nameplate off.
Again, thanks for getting back.
