This 1978,15' Macgregor/venture catamaran of mine is ready to sail( finally ).Except for one thing.I just found out this cat comes standard with a jib furling system. The furling parts were'nt with the boat when I recieved it.Can anyone recommend a furling system for a small boat with a jib sail area of 49 sq.feet? Thanks!!

I don't use one, but have installed one :) a SNAP FURL they are great for small boats and are cheep :) around 130 bucks :) you sail becuase it is a CAT Probobly has a luff trac systom, if it does not you will have to spend a little for the sail to be changed :) or just by a new sail :)

SLOOPY,
The jib is brand new,and made to match the original jib(it has a grommet at each end and it will slide over the furling system). In your opinion ,is it worth the money.Do the advantages outweigh any disadvantages?
-----------------------------------
I'd still like to know where you got those graemlins
