Hi all

After a great weekend on the water I decided to freshen up the outdrive on the boat (2000 Stingray 200cs) 4.3 Alpha 1

I was going to replace the stickers on it after I repaint and when I pulled the sticker off of the top center of the drive I found a small hole there underneath, looks like a valve of some sorts??? Could someone tell me what this is and will it hurt to have it in the water un-covered until my decals come in?

Well, when I bought this boat the PO told me that the orig drive had been damaged from hitting something.... and it was replaced (used drive im sure). I can assure you thought that this boat is NOT A DIESEL. I don't know if the drive came off of a diesel, or someone just had that sticker laying around. I am trying to figure out exactly what model this drive is, and what the hole in it is for. I would like to replace that sticker with one that does not say diesel.
