Small HOLES or chips in Hull

i just winterized and was cleaning the boat when i noticed some small chips in the gelcoat of my Fiberglass boat. Some are about a half of a dime size and some are really smaller. What should i do..?? and There are also some small bubble looking (Blisters) on the hull??? whats this.

what about the chips or chunks in the gelcoat. .. is there a patch system or is this no big deal>>?

Marine Tex is a white epoxy based putty that is good for small repairs.
