Hi folks,
I have a Johnson O.B., Model 110, Ser. no.267524. Open fly wheel/rope start. What year made and what horse power? Thanks, VH

That's a 1937, 1.7 hp. Break out your water skis!

MushCreek,
Thanks for the response and the info. I`ve had this one a few years and just cranked it up. It goes hummmm. First I`ve seen where the prop wash is the only water pump. It is in decent shape with about half the decal on the tank.
Thanks again, VH

Glad to hear it runs good! Just remember that motors that rely on prop wash rather than a pump tend to overheat in a tank- they need to be on a moving boat to get the proper water flow.

Mush Creek,
Thanks for the wisdom. I found that just the right angle in the barrel to make some flow it would cool, but if not it will overheat quickly. Be cool, VH

American Outboards has decals for some of those oldtimers, fairly economically too. I got a set for my 1935 EvinrudeElto Pal this year for < $20.
