2 cyl Johnson, metallic green, only 25 hours on it. Serial No. 6-91-62-8, Model No. HD-25 What year is it and what is it worth?

That's a 1946-50 2.5 hp outboard you have there. Someone might be able to tell you the exact year from the serial number, but it doesn't really matter. The model number is the only pertinent piece of info.

You have a engine that gaps the years of 1946 to 1950. It is a 2.5hp Johnson.

No idea of its worth.

Sorry. I forgot value. Value is almost entirely dependent on the condition. If it's locked up and ugly, almost no value. If it's in pristine condition and running perfectly, about $150.

It's just not old enough to be interesting to antique outboarders, and too old to be interesting to people wanting one to run on their boat.
