small ruber parts ?

Is anyone making the little square rubber grommet that goes in the face plate around the chole control ?
How about the rubber shock absorbers that go on the stems that support the cowl on the inside ?
And the runner edging around the face plate ?
Is there a catalog of just rubber parts for outboards ?
(or do I have to make them myself ?)
