Small water Leak?? Anyone??

I have a small leak on my motor, when running at full throttle it drips about a drop a second or 2. Just a Bad Gasket?? I have added a picture of the seam where is appears to be leaking!!! Also the wingnut looking things on the motor below this are really rusty on mine, are these the freeze plugs?? replacable??

Id say yes the riser gasket is bad causing a small leak. replace it. make sure you clean both mating surfaces and install a new gasket.

Those are the drain plugs. Get new brass ones and install them with some teflon tape and you should be good to go.

Awesome thanks I really appreciate it, Do you happen to know how many drain plugs are on this motor ??? so i can make sure i replace them all!!
