So, for those of us who use 75hp outboards and below, where does everybody keep their trim pin? I mean the pin that's closest to the transom that allows your motor to stop going down any further. There's 3 options in the poll:
#1 is the lowest possible spot-meaning the engine is a far down as can be.
#2 is somewhere in the middle-what's it depend on?
#3 is as high as I can get it-same as above, why?

Let's hear those opinions and why you feel your idea works the best for you.
As for me, I'm currently using the spot that's "next-to-last", meaning almost all the way down, but I could go one more hole. I've been worrying about other things, but since that's all fixed, I'm now open to suggestions:D

i dont have manual trim on mine but with the power i keep it all the way down on full plane.. Ive found no significient difference when changing the trim position..
