I in the beginning stages of rebuilding a smoker craft big fishermen
This being my first restoration any an all comments will be a big help
Very glad I found this site to ask questions on

I'm needing to replace the floor an putting in a console as it came with this type of motor don't know what shape it's in but the hull is in great shape no dents or dings super structure is in great shape also

Good day to all
I just picked up a 16ft smoker craft big fisherman that needs total work over in other words I got a hull that needs every thing added to it and a 50 hp merc don't know what shape its in yet.
my question at this time is another motor was mounted at one time and bolted through transom the motor now wont match any of these bolt holes how do I go about fixing this and covering these old holes

Not sure I understand what you're referring to...

It came w a remote steer motor, but no console?
