The boat is stern heavy so the first thing to do is redistribute some weight to the front if at all possible. With the engine vertical (not trimmed in or out) check the location of the antiventilation plate in relation to the bottom of the boat. It should be at least flush to and inch or so above the bottom of the boat. If too low, the engine needs to be raised on its mounting bolts one hole at a time. Test, and then move it again. Do not raise the engine so high that you lose water pressure. If all of this doesn't get to where you like the performance, consider adding Nauticus Smart Tabs. These will definitely get rid of the porpoising, give you a better ride, pop on plane faster and stay on plane at slower speeds. I have them on my Alumacraft Navigator and would not be without them again on virtually any boat. They look like this:
