hi, i have a 92' baja 270. cabin carpet is great, no cockpit carpet. i had snap ins in my last boat, and boy is it missed. can anyone direct me to where i can purchase a length of snap in carpet to purchase? say 8-16'? I've checked a couple vendors online, and they don't sell just the carpet itself. They want to fabricate the whole thing. I think with just the roll, i can mark out the template, and have it cut and seemed at a carpet place near me.

Is there something in this plan that I'm not seeing? Thanks.

Regards,

Bill,

Here is the route Im going. They have a video on installing snaps, however it is designed to grip to the deck without as well.

I really like the look of that.... did you get any pricing yet? So far in the sort search i have done its roughly $10 sq/ft.

When you cut this stuff to size and shape, doesnt look like you have to bind the edges, correct?

Its about $4.50/sf if you call direct (for stock colors). Yeah, you dont need to bind the edges, but Deckadence recommends this really easy option if you want a finished edge:

Hope this helps!
