I have twin '94 OMC SX drives which I had pulled this winter and are in my garage. I am now changing the oil and seals but what i found has made me curious.

The port drive has clean oil. The SB drive has oil that is a little bit cloudy and if you look close there is some "snot" floating around in it. I assume that this is water in the oil.

Is it normal to get a "little" water in the drive oil or do you think that I may have an issue?

Yup!....
That is one of the reasons that it is wise to change the gear lube prior to winter lay-up......
It should be pressure tested.......
& most likely disassembled, internals inspected & resealed.........;)
