Hi to all,
So three day ago my wife and i picked up our very first boat, new to boot.I only remembered one thing...the word LUND...so we got us a new 2010 WC 14 with an EZ Loader trailer. Like i said i know squat about boats but i got tired of inflating our Costco special...but here it is where i think you guys will criticize me, for "comotion" i bought the smallest motor you can think of... a 2 Hp...yes you read right,a two hp that will have to do till i can buy a 20~25 Hp motor.So like i said i bought a new "trolling" motor by Honda.
I would like to install some seats but does that mean that i have to drill holes to install the swivell hardware...does anyone have pictures of 'decked' out Lund WC 14 so i can get some ideas.

Hi Dan, if you have bench seats and don't want to screw down permanent swivels, you can get these: http://www.cabelas.com/p-0013304017376a.shtml Any seat you buy will bolt to them, the pattern is standardized. You may eventually decide you want permanent swivels because they are sturdier. But it isn't a bad idea to start with these anyway, because you may later find you don't want them in the location you originally thought. These will allow you to move them easily until you find the ideal location.
If you are timid about power, I probably would have recommended starting out with a 9.9hp motor, but hey, 2 hp beats rowing! Have fun!

Thank you "motorpsycler" for the kind words. I thought that one the main waterway components it is the boat,for power i will have to be happy with the two ponnies for i will for sure move up to a 25 Hp .In the mean time i would like to equip the "dingy" with some creature conforts,fish rods holders...what else i can put in it ?....i know ....a more powerful motor....
