So I did an acetone test on the manifold on my 1999 Volvo 3 liter. I poured the acetone into the hose that connects to the manifold, and next thing I knew, it was filling up the exhaust port of the manifold. I hope I did it right.
Okay, I need a manifold. Where should I order it from? Does it come with all the required gaskets? Anything else I should know?
Below are pictures of a couple of the valves and there ports. As you can see, there is rust. Should I do anything about this? When I last had the boat out, I was hearing what I thought was valve chatter and an exhaust leak.
I've done a pressure test on the block and head. It held 20 psi all night.
