Simply put the 135 is a detuned 150 powerhead. If you have a 135 and you want some more power, here is what you need to know.

The exhaust divider/cooling jacket inner piece on the 2.0 litre 135 is made larger to block exhaust flow and the carbs are substantially smaller on the 135. If your not too concerned about efficiency and want more power here is what you have to do.

Parts Needed:
Inner Exhaust divider Plate for 150-200 powerhead 1983-1991.
carbs for 150 1983-1991. (you could use 200 carbs but they will need to be rejetted)

After you swap out your carbs and divider you now have a 150 hp powerhead. Need more info? drop me a line and I will try to explain further.
