Soft Spots?

I am looking to buy a 1991 17 ft. center console skiff. When I walked around inside it, I noticed a few soft spots in the floor.<br /><br />The inside of the skiff is that unfinished look, like the carolina skiffs. How would I go about replacing the whole floor? I don't want to patch it up, I just want to remove the old in put in the new!
