My opinion, and I am a retired guy who yaks on here to help folks and have something to do, who has been boating since he was a teen. Have absolutely no connection with this company, other than purchasing things from time to time and yakin on the forums.
I feel that the guy who setup Iboats Forums, did so to attract the attention of a www audience who are involved in marine endeavors, market marine products to support those interested in same, and make a living; probably an extremely comfortable living, because he did his homework, set it up right, controls it properly and all the good things that lead to it's success....but so what...he did his homework, went the mile and now he (and we) are reaping the benefits...this is what made America the greatest nation on the planet earth!
Having shopped online here since I joined, I have bought numerous products and have been totally satisfied with the products/service on every purchase except one. In that instance, I bought a bimini top and one of the 3 piece bows was smashed. It was obvious that the problem occurred in the factory and was not due to S&H.
I contacted them and in about 2 days, (obviously advanced shipping with additional charges for them) I had a replacement, free of charge, with all 3 sections of the bow, not just the one that was smashed. No questions asked.
That's what it's all about.
