Sold my Huricane

Hey gang,

Just wanted to let everyone know I sold my Hurricane, and my perfect restored 1969 Plymouth Barracuda, so I could purchase my dream boat.

I found a one owner like new condition Cobalt 226 with Volvo Penta 7.4 Gi duo-prop. I hired a SAMS certified surveyor last week and she checked out perfect.
The boat is so clean it looks as new as my Hurricane. Wish I could afford both boats, but no room, and can't justify more than one large toy...

I'll still be lurking around the Hurricane forum, and if anyone has Hurricane questions, feel free to PM me...

Ohh Man! Who the heck is going to be the Hurricane modification guinea pig now? You will be missed. I just waited for you to make a mod., then followed suit. Guess we will have to talk NelsonQ into some upgrades.

How did the resale value of the Hurricane hold up?

Anyhow, the new Cobalt looks real nice. Enjoy!

But someone will get a great Hurricane, Cobalt dealer is buying it...

Bear, I'm crying a little bit on the inside. You're right. Someone is getting an amazing Hurricane but I understand you following your dreams. New Cobalt looks pretty sweet.

Ernest..... I don't know if I'll be doing any mods to my boat for awhile, but hey, anything is possible
