Solution to the hot sun

I finally made the little top for my small runabout, Cost me about 30 bucks to make. I plan to try it out this week. It is aprox 5 feet by 5 feet and can slide back to enclose the rear behind the front seat I plan to add lights soon and then there will be some all night cat fishing,
