I know all you people that help us newbies, always hear about our problems. I thought I would post a thanks, for all your help. Bought my first boat at the end of last summer. Knew nothing about boats, though I've been a mechanic my whole life. (I'm 53). But learned everything that I've needed, so far, from you and this site. So I got her out this spring, did all the necessary maint.,and repairs. Hit the water and everything was perfect! Just wanted to say thanks, without you guys,I would not be able to own a boat. Thanks....Mike

Agree with the OP. The in depth knowledge on here is amazing. I too am a rig mechanic I had a 28lb hammer as a toy when younger, I have been chasing my tail at issues until I asked the question on here sorted in no time! The back catalogue of answers is great too.

Keep it up guys.
